Cycling to School Students who
wish to cycle to school can only do so if they have a valid number
plate, wear a helmet and ride with consideration for other road
users. We adopt a totting-up rule which means that after acquiring
12 points, students can be banned from cycling to school.
County Sound - unexpected school closures Information regarding unexpected school closures due to bad weather etc. can usually be found by listening to the local radio. County Sound have now set aside an Official Storm Line so that parents can tune in on 1566 MW County Sound and 96.4 FM Eagle for up to the minute information. e-billing Sutton and East Surrey Water will make a £5 donation to the school every time a parent/customer switches to SESW e-billing. All you have to do is give your name, SESW water account number, home email address (if different from the one you are emailing from) and which school you would like the educational donation to be paid to (Therfield, we hope!). A list setting out what is required can be obtained from school, but all uniform should now be purchased direct from the Epsom shop. Mobile Phones (from News 86) It is recommended that students do not bring mobile phones in to school. Students should not need to use them during the day. Phones that are brought in may be damaged, lost or used inappropriately in lessons. In some cases parents wish their son
or daughter to have the phone with them in case of emergencies
on the way to or from school. If this is the case, then the
